They are made from 304 stainless steel (18/8) to be rust resistant, dishwasher safe, capable of working in an oven (up to 575 °F), or in boiling water, and food safe. But please note because they are made of steel, they will be hot to the touch. Please exercise caution when handling.

Each rack is supported by 1” high legs to create optimal air flow so you can create delicious meals for you and your family.
Do these racks clean easily?
Yes, Ultra Cuisine designed these racks to be dishwasher safe and easy to clean. We recommend using cooking oil when baking, cooking, or roasting to ensure an easy clean up.
Are these racks PFOA and BPA free?
Yes. Ultra Cuisine takes great pride in designing the highest quality bakeware that are safe, easy to use, and easy to clean. These baking and cooling racks are designed with 100% 304 stainless steel, there is no toxic chrome coating ensuring the highest possible safety and quality.

How durable are these racks?
Cakes…chicken…turkey! No problem. These baking and cooling racks will support all your kitchen creations. The larger racks are designed with 6 legs and three support bars providing more support than other brands. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty.

Is this aluminum baking pan dishwasher safe?
Although aluminum does not rust, please DO NOT PLACE IN A DISHWASHER. We recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and drying with a towel dry before initial, and after subsequent, uses.

Which of the two is stainless steel and which is aluminum?
The baking and cooling rack is made from 304 stainless steel. It is rust-resistant, dishwasher safe, and incredibly strong. The baking pan is made of commercial-grade aluminum for superior heat conductivity and baking results. The aluminum pan never rusts but should not be dishwasher as the dishwasher detergent may cause discoloration.
Can something be baked on the rack?
Absolutely! The Ultra Cuisine baking and cooling racks are oven safe for up to 575°F.
Are both products dishwasher safe? Will these ever rust?
The stainless steel baking and cooling rack is dishwasher safe. It is rust-resistant. With proper care it should not rust.
Although aluminum never rusts, we DO NOT recommend placing the baking pan in the dishwasher. The aluminum pan may become discolored from frequent dishwasher use.

What makes these nonstick pans bake evenly?
Our premium commercial grade, heavy gauge, steel rolled edge, and carbonized steel construction all contribute to distribute heat evenly for even baking and long-lasting durability that never warps.
Do these pans have a nonstick coating?
Yes they do. Our pans are designed with a diamond-textured baking surface that increases airflow for an inspired baking experience and enhances the easy slide nonstick coating’s properties.
Is the nonstick coating toxic?
No. Our easy slide non-toxic, PFOA-free, and PTFE-free coating is designed to release foods easily and protect against scratches, abrasions, and corrosion.
Can I put the nonstick bakeware in the dishwasher?
No, in order to preserve the nonstick coating please hand wash with warm and soapy water after use.

What are the rolling pins made out of?
Ultra Cuisine uses 304 (18/8) stainless steel to make our rolling pins due to the metal’s durability, rust-resistant, and food-safe qualities. There are no toxic coatings or materials in or on the rolling pin.
How heavy are the rolling pins?
Weighing approximately 10oz, Ultra Cuisine’s rolling pins are the perfect weight. Plus the adjustable weight rolling pin can be filled with water for additional weight during use.
Do these rolling pin rust? Are they dishwasher safe?

What is the diameter of the rolling pins?
Ultra Cuisine’s stainless steel professional tapered rolling pins are approximately 15.75 inches in length with a 1.5 inches diameter at its center. Approximately 1.25 inches from the edges, each rolling pin gradually tapers to a diameter of 1.25 inches. This ergonomic design will allow you to roll smooth perfect dough, every time.
Are there any special tips to best use the rolling pins?
Yes, we're glad you asked... We recommend placing the rolling pins in the fridge or freezer to chill it so that dough doesn't stick to it - avoiding that pain point that bakers like us experience. Ultra Cuisine’s rolling pins will not sweat after freezing. It is designed with the finest craftmanship with YOU the at-home baker in mind.

Ultra Cuisine’s Biscuit Cutter and Baking Mold 11pc set is comprised of 11 cutters/molds. Each one has a height of 1.25 inches. The diameters of the molds within the set are 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2, 2.25, 2.5, 3, 3.25, and 3.5 inches.
Are these biscuit cutters sharp enough to cut through dough without squashing the dough?

Will they cut through a silicone mat?
No, these Biscuit Cutters and Baking Molds are made to cut through dough but not damage the underlying surface.
Can I put the Biscuit Cutter and Baking Mold Set in boiling water? Can I place them on a frying pan or an oven? Can I wash them in a dishwasher? Do they rust?

No. The storage container is made of durable tin. Tin is NOT rust-resistant, so please make sure your cookie cutters are completely dry before storing them in the tin container.

What can I use the sprayer for?
Nearly unlimited! Ultra Cuisine designed the sprayers to serve many functions including, spraying oil to grease non-stick pans, cooking pots, bakeware, grills as well as spraying any edible liquid substance such as oil, lemon juice, vinegar, soy sauce, wine on salads, fish, meats and vegetables.
Can I put the sprayer in the dishwasher?
No, we recommend disassembling the components, hand-washing and drying for the best care and long-lasting results. Please refer to the user guide for details on washing instructions.
What is the size of each bottle?
Each bottle holds a volume of 100ml.

Your order will ship from our warehouse in 1-3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method. We’ll send you a tracker number once your order ships, so you’ll know exactly when to preheat your oven. :)
If you choose our standard shipping option, your order will arrive within 1-8 business days, depending on your location. Our Expedited shipping option arrives in 2-3 business days for all orders placed before 12 PM EST, depending on your location.

Yes—for life! Ultra Cuisine will replace your product provided that it proves to be defective in materials, workmanship, due to damage during shipping, or any other reason covered under our Inspired Baking Guarantee. We will replace the product with a new piece of bakeware of similar composition and price.
