Short answer: YES! As long as it's made with high quality stainless steel. Most racks on the market are made of iron and then covered with a thin coating of chrome. These type of racks are the cheapest to manufacture and usually the lowest quality. The coating can eventually chip off and when it does, it could end up in your food. Yuk!
